During my time working as an architectural graduate at Brennan Furlong Architects and Urban Planners, I worked on this project - a flexible forever home for a young family. My role was to develop and refine the design with Seamus before completing on the planning application which secured permission for the ground and first floor extension, and the overall renovation of the existing semi-detached dwelling in Clontarf. The drawings were done on Autocad and Sketchup along with hand sketches to develop the design.

The project won the House Extension Refurbishment category at the Building and Architect of the Year Awards 2022

The project featured in The Irish Times Home & Design supplement
